How to use USOM Mail

Create an address only when you need one and check the mail that arrives. No sign-in required.

  1. STEP 01

    Create an address

Tap “+” at the top right of the inbox to create a disposable email address on the spot. Use it for things like service sign-ups, and delete it when you no longer need it.

  2. STEP 02

    Read the mail that arrives

Mail sent to your address appears in the list. Pull down to check the latest. Click a row to open the message.

  3. STEP 03

    Organize with archive and delete

Swipe a row left to delete, right to archive (on desktop, hover for the action buttons). Clear away mail you've finished with right away.

  4. STEP 04

    Switch the display

In settings, switch the list between “Standard” and “Simple”. You can also choose from five color themes (saved per device).

  5. STEP 05

    View an inbox together

In settings, under “Shared viewing”, create an invite and hand the other person a QR code or link. They can view the inbox read-only (no deleting or replying).

  6. STEP 06

    Link a Google account

Sign in with Google from settings and you can use the same inbox even after switching devices or browsers. The email address used for sign-in and the disposable addresses you create are treated as separate things.

  7. STEP 07

    Sign out and full deletion

Signing out only leaves this browser; the inbox stays. “Delete account” is a full deletion with a 30-day grace period, and signing in again with the same Google account within that period cancels it.

⏱ Mail is auto-deleted at the end of its retention (30 days on the free plan)
